1, Introduction

Radionik is part of psycho biophysics in which the equipment or instruments used are material representatives of an intellectual principle (symbolic physics), which become active only in contact with the operator. Radionik takes a special position in bio-communication with instruments; on the one hand it is the oldest method with any instruments and on the other hand, it opens completely new dimensions that thanks to today's modern computer technology.

1987, Marco Bischof, the author of the best seller "Biophotonen - Das Licht in unseren Zellen" (Biophotons - the Light in our Cells) says A long time before modern quantum physics explained that every substance has a characteristic radiation, other people shared this opinion. It is a very old idea that a force, an "atmosphere" emanates from every object, representing the essence of the object and its status.

1897年，"Biophotonen - Das Licht in unseren Zellen" 一書的知名作者Marco Bischof表示，現代量子物理學主要闡明了，所有存在的物質，都有它獨特的輻射光子，這已經是個長久的觀念，以抽象的方式來解釋物質存在的本質。

Appearing incredible from Newton's view of physics, only one form of expression of the "spirit of matter" in modern physics. Max Planck, regarded as one of the most important physicists of our time, said the following:

"There is no matter in itself. All matter arises and exists only by one force bringing the atoms into oscillation and holding them together to form the tiniest solar system of the atom. As in the whole universe there is neither an intelligent nor an eternal force, we must adopt a conscious, intelligent spirit behind this force. This spirit is the very basis of all matter."

不同於牛頓的觀點，現代物理學對於心靈層面有另一種的解釋。當代最重要的物理學家Max Planck表示：物質的存在並非本身，它的存在是因物質構成基本的原子強迫震動與分子的環繞，使他們聚在一起而形成該物質。就如宇宙中具有永恆的精神與力量，而我們必須接受這個事實，精神力量是存在於這一切的背後的，而我們的心靈是所有事物的根源。

2, Back Ground

An electromagnetic in nature, the matter particles can be in-formed by other electromagnetic waves. And this is the starting point of radionics. Modern physics is full of miracles. There are still more questions than answers, but now lots of discoveries can be translated into action. From the work of faith healers we know that mental energies are able to influence matter. Since everybody isn't able to create the necessary mental energies from himself (unfortunately!), radionic devices have been developed from the beginning of this century to help people to employ these mental energies purposefully. For the author of this article, the question no longer arises whether radionics works in practice or not, but only how it can be used more efficiently and in a more timesaving manner. Because of this, radionic device developed which is considered at present to be the most modern. The new device is called quantecR and it follows a completely new path.

2.起源：

自然界中的電磁中，最主要的分子可以被其他的電磁波所影響，這成為RADIONIC最初的構想。現代物理學中其實是充滿不可思議的奇蹟的，而在這個範疇內，我們的問題永遠多過於解答。但是，我們漸漸的可以將這些發現在現實中實踐。從許多信仰療疾者發現，精神的力量足以影響一切，而不幸的我們自身並無足夠的能力產生這種有用的精神力量，RADIONIC從上一個世紀初開始，被發明用來幫助人們產生所需的精神力量，以筆者的觀點，RADIONIC的實行在臨床上是否有效已不是問題所在，重要的是在最最短的時間達到最好的效果。因此，RADIONIC的發明目前已被認為是目前最先進的設備，而我們稱乎這個最完整路徑的機器做：quantecR。

According to radionic theory as a mental healer instrument we used it on autistic children, ADHD, cerebral paralysis children and Down’s children too. This research not only doing with flower essence but also with other homeopathic remedies, animal essence, crystal and minerals’ potency that electronic checked and transmute with photons that resonance with patient’s own biophotons.

This kind of distant healing has now been accept by NIH (National Institutes of Health). In 1998, “A Study of Distant Healing as an Adjunctive Intervention for People with Advanced AIDS”by IONS member,Fred Sicher leading, was edited in Western Journal of Medicine that research is performed by California Pacific Medical Center（CPMC）.

So this Quantec Radionik distant check and healing program is reasonable.

3, Theory

Nowaday, medicine has been brought into “Biophysics” from biology into biochemistry. Quantec Medicine is the tomorrow medical “Star” that much more ahead from the classical medicine today.

At this moment, quantecR is probably the most modern radionic device worldwide. At the conception of quantecR, most modern techniques and software were applied as well as the use of traditional and approved technology. Till now radionics could be operated only with great manual effort and was very time intensive because of this. QuantecR uses these possibilities to make the computer a reliable assistant and to provide optimum relief for the user.

The spinning photons can have a very large capacity carrying lots of “information” and “ potency” which were seated in databases – the computer software, over 20,000 remedies. Also ICD-10 that European health department are using.

3.理論：

現在，生物學已從生物化學演進成生物物理學，RADIONIC Quantec成為現代醫療界的新星，遠遠超過任何傳統治療。

目前，Quantec 可能是世界上電子學儀器中最先進的，將傳統且廣被接受的技巧應用在最新進的技術與電腦軟體。所以目前RADIONIC只能在寧靜與密集的情形下操作，可以依靠穩定的電腦程式提供使用者最佳的治療。

4.方法：

Cases & Control groups

We collected 102 cases, 92 are autism, 5 are C.P., and 5 are Down’s since this middle of January. In this program, we just put the others ahead except the autistic.

All the autistic children are sick for over one year and have being treat with classical psychological & mental early therapy but still with no improvement or slow progressive, optimal complaint by their parents.

During the Quantec Radionik distant healing process, classical PMET without blockage. And were found to be fast and significant improved in a couple weeks only. Especially the communication, eyes to eyes connection, positive spontaneous behaviors and language using found to be good prognosis comparative to the children without Quantec Radionik distant healing transmit ion.

研究對象與控制組：

我們在今年一月中旬選擇了共102個實驗對象，自閉症92名，腦性麻痺5名，唐氏症5名。在這個實驗裡，我們只針對自閉的情形加以探討。

所有實驗對象，全部都是已被診斷並超過一年以上，並且已經使用傳統心理治療與參與早療教育，而其家長認為成效不佳者。

在遠距離治療期間，傳統的PMET並無中斷。卻在幾週內發現明顯的改變。尤其是溝通能力、目視、自發性的行為與言語字彙的使用，都遠比其他沒有接受遠距治療的孩童有著明顯的改善與進步。

年齡三歲半至十一歲，大多於一歲半時即被診斷出疾病。

Research procedures & Instrument

Company MMC and German Quantec Radionik Ltd., supported BeverlyTotalWellnessCenter with a complete Quantec Radionik and its database and a digital camera of 500MP.

We took the children’s digital photos and transfer into the software which is already installed in the computer, will find the object’s bio-photons automatically. The picture may also send by e-mail, all the pictures’ background should be clean up! Start the program on and connect the diode with a white noise and generator started.

研究方法與工具：

台灣總代理公司MMC與的德國總公司Quantec Radionik Ltd.，贊助比佛利聯合診所所有的儀器設備與、腦軟體資料庫，與數位相機一台。

我們以數位相機拍攝孩童的數位影像後，傳輸至電腦軟體裡，照片裡呈現的獨特雙光子可以被軟體內建的資料庫分析出來。數位影像亦可以使用電子郵件傳輸，只要背景單純即可。接著開始執行程式，並連接二極真空管。

Children’s name, birthday, gender, address and telephone etc. information should inserted, down load the picture. Before starting the generator, operator of course should key in the order which was diagnosed and inverted made by the doctor, than start the databases which desired to be. About 30-40 patient’s information (ELH remedies) scanned then take all and report finished. The operator should hand to a medical doctor for further explain to patient or parents, that’s needed.

輸入孩童的姓名、生日、性別、電話與地址等基本資料，並載入數位影像，在開始執行之前，操作者必須先鍵入主要的診斷與治療途徑，接著開始我們所選擇需要的分析，大約30至40項資料將會被分析出來，包括ELH治療。操作者必須將資料交由合格醫師進行解讀。

After the patient’s information scanned and took the transmition period, duration and times seat and start at the same time. We made a six months period, 30 seconds every four hours, it’s about 1098 times of transmition for every child.

We collect their progressive every month and found significant improvement than the classical psycho-mental early therapy. Another detoxification program will follow after the third month if the parents do agree.

在瀏覽過病人所有的資料後，鍵入治療的時間與頻率，我們以六個月做為一個療程，每次傳輸30秒鐘，每四小時傳輸一次，所以大約每位孩童可以接受到共1098次的遠距治療。

我們每個月追蹤他們進步的情形，發現他們情況改善的成效遠高於傳統早療，同時，在家屬的同意下，我們在第三個月另附加一個排毒的遠距治療。

Conclusion

We can found that the autistic children are very individually reason. From the flower essence, mostly may originate to their mother and mothering, some also related to death and dying information of the flower essence. When we went through deeply to dig the subway found their spiritual (subconscious) trauma were caused by their mother or father during pregnancy and or at infant period. Yes, some we found were heavy metals intoxicated also noted they have some seeing differential between aggressive detoxified or not. We used functional medicine (orthomolecular medicine) to check and follow, their toxic-elements, nutritional markers etc., however this is another field of homeopathic medicine did helps on their total condition.

Quantec Radionik distant healing for autism is effectiveness, and flower essence went deep into their unknown subconscious and spiritual which was trauma some means by their mother, especially very inner depression, manic and anxiety that may result from any reason. That congenital psychosomatic problem may say.

結論：

我們發現自閉症傾向的孩童是非常特別的，從花精上顯示，有部分的原因是源自於母親或胚胎時期。當我們更深入的探討他們的心靈層面與潛意識，發現大多孩童在胚胎時期或是嬰兒時期，他們的家庭或父母親，曾發生過重大的改變，或是遭受到嚴重的心理創傷。同時，我們也發現一些遭受到重金屬中毒的孩童在排毒治療後，也呈現明顯的進步。我們使用功能性醫學檢測來做後續的追蹤體內的毒性與營養狀況，不過，這是我們以順勢療法來改善病患的整體狀況。

遠距離心靈治療對於自閉症患者是有效的，而花精訊息治療更深入了他們受過創傷的心靈層面與潛意識，所造成所謂天生的的憂鬱、狂躁，或是焦慮的情形。
